Job summary
A leading conglomerate in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned finance professional to manage fund-raising exercises and oversee finance operations across the Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, or banking, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations and monitoring adherence to treasury policies, preparing periodic finance reports, and coordinating with lenders for reviews. Qualifications
- At least 10 years working experience in finance, treasury or banking.
- Experience in treasury management center is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Group’s fund-raising exercises, including negotiation and documentation.
- Coordinate and manage periodic reviews with lenders and credit rating agencies.
- Ensure compliance with loan covenants and audit requirements.
- Oversee inter-company advances and related transactions.
- Monitor adherence to finance and treasury policies.
- Manage finance and treasury operations of the Group.
- Prepare and submit finance related reports.

- Manage the Group’s fund-raising exercises, including negotiation, documentation, execution, and ongoing monitoring.
- Coordinate and manage periodic reviews with lenders and credit rating agencies.
- Ensure compliance with loan covenants, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines and regulations, as well as audit and accounting requirements.
- Oversee inter-company advances, including related transactions and documentation.
- Monitor adherence to the Group’s finance and treasury policies to safeguard financial integrity and continuously improve structures, controls, and guidelines.
- Manage finance and treasury operations of IJM Corporation Berhad and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc finance related reports as required.
- Posses a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline.
- At least 10 years working experience in finance, treasury or banking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in treasury management center is an added advantage.
