JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the Group’s fund-raising exercises, including negotiation, documentation, execution, and ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate and manage periodic reviews with lenders and credit rating agencies.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines and regulations, as well as audit and accounting requirements.
• Oversee inter-company advances, including related transactions and documentation.
• Monitor adherence to the Group’s finance and treasury policies to safeguard financial integrity and continuously improve structures, controls, and guidelines.
• Manage finance and treasury operations of IJM Corporation Berhad and its subsidiaries.
• Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc finance related reports as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Posses a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline.
• At least 10 years working experience in finance, treasury or banking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in treasury management center is an added advantage.
