Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in design and construction, including 3 years on projects.
• Proven experience with Tier-level design systems.
• Familiar with Malaysian authority submission processes.

• Provide technical leadership during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and building codes.
• Act as the main technical liaison between client and internal teams.
