Job summary
A boutique property developer is seeking an Assistant Manager, Sales Admin to oversee sales administration and compliance for high-end developments. The role involves managing the preparation and execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining real-time sales data in the system. A solid background in business administration and familiarity with relevant legal workflows is essential. This position offers a sophisticated work environment focused on excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with Housing Development Act and sales documentation processes.
- Proficient in managing sales administration lifecycle from agreement to title transfer.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute Sale & Purchase Agreements and ensure all contracts are accurate.
- Manage billing processes and maintain cash flow.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for title submissions.
- Lead the Vacant Possession process and update property management systems.
- Compile reports for management review.
