Job description

We are seeking talented and motivated Backend PHP Developers (Laravel) at both Senior levels to join our dynamic team at OCEAN HUB MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems using the Laravel framework.

What You'll Be Doing:

Design, develop, and implement complex backend systems and APIs using Laravel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide support for production systems.

Continuously improve and optimise existing systems and processes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development.

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 - 4 years of solid working experience in backend development with Laravel.

Optional skills: NextJS.

Possess strong skills in application design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Strong skills in programming and system analysis are a must.

Some team-leading capabilities are highly advantageous.

Proven ability to guide junior developers and make key technical decisions.
