Job summary
A leading delivery platform seeks an individual to assist with lead generation and database management in Kuala Lumpur. - Experience with cold calling and lead generation is essential.
- Excellent command of English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in maintaining databases and project management.

- Research and maintain a lead generation database.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and provide information to management.
- Develop knowledge of products and services to enhance sales.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
While leads are provided, you will be expected to:
● Research, track, maintain, and update leads.
● Contact prospects to qualify leads.
● Research and maintain lead generation database.
● Provide accurate and timely information to management.
● Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:
● Excellent English communication (verbal and written), read & write in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin fluently is a plus.
● Experience with cold calling.
● Experience with research and maintaining databases.
● Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
● Comfortable working with online business tools such as Google applications. Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
● Strong project and time management skills.
● Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
