• Brings 4+ years of hands‑on experience in video editing and motion‑based storytelling
• Confident in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and CapCut
• Comfortable collaborating with regional teams in English
• Skilled in producing short‑form video content across social platforms
• Familiar with generative video tools and emerging AI trends
• Possesses strong instincts for rhythm, pacing and visual impact
• Has basic on‑site shooting experience when projects call for it
