Job description
Responsibilities
  • Take design briefs to understand requirements from brand team / Creative Lead / Art Director / Studio Manager
  • Ideate, craft and execute good creative design concepts, graphics and layouts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals and in accordance with brand guidelines for both online and offline use
  • Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into the final design
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure proof is of good quality and in line with production specifications
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Management, planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
  • Collaborate with a diverse and distributed group of teammates across multiple companies and functions.
Qualifications
  • Strong passion in the creative industry with good attention to detail
  • Good conceptualising and visualisation skills with an eye for details - able to communicate the intended message through design
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, colors and flexible illustration styles (able to work comfortably with vector graphics)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Familiar with the various output formats suitable for the respective channels
  • Experience in motion graphics such as GIFs and animation videos is a plus
  • Ability to solicit feedback and incorporate it quickly while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently as an individual, and as a team player across levels and disciplines
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
