Job summary
A financial service provider is seeking to hire an individual to handle daily branch operations. The role includes managing company compliance and supporting IT operations, ensuring service efficiency. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree and have strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, while Mandarin is a plus. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, preferably from ex-bankers or individuals with industry experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Preferably ex-bankers or executives with relevant industry experience.
