Job summary
A property management company in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage tenant invoicing, financial reporting, and compliance auditing. This role requires a minimum of a degree in Accountancy and 2-3 years of experience in the malls or retail industry. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are essential. You will report to the Accounts & Administration Manager and work within a team focused on financial operations.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in malls/retail industry is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices to tenants for rent, utilities and other charges.
- Record and monitor payments, collection and deposits.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Track and compile monthly sales reports from retail tenants.
- Assist in preparing monthly and yearly reports.
- Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with tenants and internal teams on billing/payment matters.
