- Preparation of GENM Company and subsidiaries quarterly reporting pack for submission to GENM Group reporting team
- Assist in GENM Company year-end audit and preparation of annual report
- Assist to prepare monthly journal posting for review by manager
- Assist in monthly review and analysis of GENM Company financial statements
- Preparation of subsidiaries statutory financial statements, which includes preparation of quarterly Standard Accounting Forms (“SAF”), analysis of Profit or Loss, yearly tax return for submission to IRB, estimation of tax payable and etc
- To administer, coordinate and liaise with various parties concerned for necessary actions with regards to the various reporting needs of the Company
- Any other ad-hoc assignments related to financial reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
- Finalist/Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA, CPA, ICAA).
- Minimum 1 to 2 years accounting experience. Auditing experience will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Meticulous and highly organized.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS office and SAP will be an advantage
