Senior Finance Executive (MNC to be based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka)

Overview

Company Background

We are representing our client who is a MNC that manufactures business and industrial imaging products. Our client is currently looking for experienced candidates to fill the Senior Finance Executive (Permanent) position based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

Salary : up to RM6,000 (Basic)

Position Title : Senior Finance Executive (Permanent)

Team Size : 20 (expanding)

Report to : Finance Manager

Subordinates : 3 (Executive Level)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and reviewing subordinates work and assist Finance Manager in overall financial and internal control activities.
• Provide analysis of financial performance.
• In-charge of preparing yearly audited report and tax computation compilation
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly and quarterly Management and Accounting Reporting
• Liaise with tax agents, auditors, bankers and other authorities including Bank Negara Malaysia, Customs and etc
• Leading improvements projects
• Other ad-hoc jobs and projects assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must at least a Degree holder in Accounting field or equivalent
• Preferably candidates with relevant leadership working experience in multinational company or audit firms and with minimum 3 to 4 years working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office application and MRP accounting system i.e. SAP is with added advantage

Additional requirement

Experience in financial reporting, drafting and preparing audited report, good in audit and internal control aspect, analysis. Added advantage - knowledge in terms of transfer pricing documents, J-SOX, Tax computation knowledge.
