Welcome to your new opportunity with us! As a Logistics Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing logistics support for project deliveries, including supplier tendering, RFQs, transportation solution design, and road surveys.
• Following up on deliveries and coordinating resources to ensure timely and complete project delivery.
• Collaborating closely with project managers and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth last-mile delivery.
• Minimizing costs through efficient management and monitoring of supplier KPIs.
• Solving problems and optimizing logistics processes.
• Managing logistics documentation to ensure compliance.
• Handling invoicing and monthly reporting.

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics within an international company, preferably with project management and delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of international forwarding, customs clearance, EU inland transportation, incoterms, and letters of credit.
• Experience with road surveys for project delivery is a plus.
• Knowledge of overweight and dangerous goods transportation and handling.
• Experience with tendering and managing logistics service providers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Data-oriented and methodical approach to work.
• Proficiency in English (C1) and Italian (C1); Spanish and Chinese are advantageous.
• Multitasker capable of working under pressure.
• Good computer skills, including ERP, WMS, TMS, and MS Office.
