We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join Edgewell Personal Care, a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands, including Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, and recently acquired Cremo Grooming.

We're seeking a passionate trade marketing professional to join Edgewell Personal Care Italy from July 2024. You will report to the Senior Marketing & Category Development Manager, Shaving, and will be responsible for analyzing and tracking key KPIs using Sellout, Sell-in, and Financial data. At Edgewell, you'll find a collaborative environment with diverse and nurturing colleagues who inspire and support each other. While experience is important, we value passion and enthusiasm for creating joyful and useful products.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

• Market and competitor analysis
• Updating data and providing key insights at the sell-in level
• Customer analysis to support consumer promotions and sales presentations
• Supporting the Marketing & Trade Marketing team in daily activities

Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?

While experience is valued, we prioritize passion for making useful things joyful. Here's what we are looking for:

• University degree in Statistics, Economy, Management, or Marketing (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and data management abilities
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Flexibility, proactivity, and curiosity
• Fluent Italian and good English; Spanish is a plus
