To expand the IT Team in Milan, we are seeking a Digital Engineering Specialist who will report directly to the Digital Engineering/BIM Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Support the BIM Manager in implementing the BIM management System.
• Participate in drafting the BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
• Define procedures for the company's and project’s BIM Management System.
• Manage the CDE, users, training, and new functionalities in BIM projects.
• Validate models, quality checks, and model verification.
• Supervise deliverables and extract data from BIM models.
• Provide support to engineering and BIM design teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong predisposition for innovation and passion for digital processes in the AEC and Plant sectors. They will work in a stimulating and dynamic environment where they can enhance their skills and contribute to improving company BIM processes and supporting projects. The candidate, within the Digital department, will be responsible for developing corporate BIM standards following the BIM manager's guidelines.

Skills :

• Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with a focus on IT and digitalization of design.
• At least 2 years of experience in BIM.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.
• Understanding of BIM processes for collaboration and coordination among disciplines.
• Excellent operation on Revit MEP, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo scripting, and programming knowledge is a plus.
• Preferably knowledge of Hexagon Cadworx, Aveva E3D, Hexagon Smart3D.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 and UNI11337 standards.
• Good operation and interoperability with Civil3D.
• English level B2; Spanish is a plus.
• Teamwork predisposition, innovation, and integration in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
