As E-Commerce commercial lead, Europe, you will own the commercial growth, profitability, and strategic development of Alchemy's European eCommerce channels across B2B2C and B2C.
This is a senior, hands-on commercial role combining new business acquisition, account development, trading performance, and channel governance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Supply, Finance, and Operations to ensure sustainable growth, margin discipline, and long-term partner value.
This role is designed to grow into a Head / Director position within 18–24 months based on performance.
