Overview

Sales Executive Octocom•Casalnuovo di Napoli, Campania, ITALY

Octocom is a technology startup on a mission to eliminate repetitive customer support work through artificial intelligence. We believe that with today’s technology, humans should no longer spend their time answering the same questions all day.

Our AI independently handles the most common customer interactions: order tracking, product guidance, returns, delivery questions, order modifications, and more - across chat, email, and phone.

In 2025, we grew from $80k to millions in revenue. Our next goal is 5M+ in 2026. To get there, we are expanding into new markets - and Italy is one of our key priorities.

We are now looking for a motivated Sales Executive who will take ownership of the Italian market and build Octocom’s presence there from the ground up - effectively becoming the founding person behind our growth in Italy.

Our team is young (average age 25), ambitious, and supportive. Many of us started with limited experience. What matters most here is attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn - not your CV.

Your Responsibilities
  • Find and approach potential clients (online retailers and digital-first companies)
  • Run sales conversations and product demos
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Share market feedback with the founders and help shape the strategy for Italy
  • You will work directly with the founders and have real influence on decisions and direction - your work will genuinely matter.
Compensation

This is a performance-driven sales role. If you perform well, your income grows quickly. If you don’t, this won’t be the right role long-term. The upside is real and uncapped.

Base salary : from 2,500 EUR gross (full-time)

Commission (the most important part): You receive a 10% revenue share on every client you close. All clients pay on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly), which means your commission is recurring, not a one-time bonus.

Example :

If you close a client paying €10,000 / month, you earn €1,000 / month in recurring commission, on top of your base salary.

If over time you build a

  • 50,000 / month client portfolio, you earn €5,000 / month from commission alone, plus base salary and bonuses.

There is no cap on earnings. Your income compounds as you close more deals and grow your client base. Performance-based bonuses are paid on top of the revenue share.

This role is not designed for people motivated mainly by fixed salary. It is designed for people who want ownership, upside, and long-term income.

You will effectively act as the founding person for the Italian market - building it from zero, shaping the strategy, and growing it as if it were your own business, with full support from the founders.
