A fast-growing HR tech startup is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will engage with enterprise customers and build lasting relationships across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in HR or HR tech, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. As an Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure. You will manage long, complex sales processes involving multiple layers of stakeholders, from highly operational roles to senior decision-makers. This is a non-transactional role, requiring strategic thinking, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations.
Your target customers are enterprise companies with more than 1,000 employees, characterized by complex structures and long decision-making processes.
