A luxury fashion brand in Turbigo is seeking a Sales Advisor to enhance the customer journey and build client loyalty. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience in high fashion, is passionate about fashion, and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, providing personalized service, presenting collections, and collaborating with teams to offer exceptional service. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are advantageous.

Overview

Renowned for its constant technological innovations, the high quality of its travel products, and its sense of customer service, Maison Moynat is currently seeking a Sales Advisor.

MAIN PURPOSE :

As a Sales Advisor for Moynat, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, effectively providing a great customer journey by building and maintaining loyal clients and embody our Maison and our savoir-faire.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome local and international customers to the boutique
  • Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's desires and preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty
  • Presentation of collections : Present the collections with passion, sharing the history of the Maison
  • Guide customers through the product range, highlighting the distinctive features of each product
  • Participate in display management to ensure a visually attractive environment in the boutique
  • Results Orientation : Introduce additional complementary products targeted to your client
  • Share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Brand Ambassador : Lead by example and demonstrate role model behaviour that is always representative of the brand adhering to the dress codes and appearance guidelines
  • Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA
  • Team player : Work closely with various teams, both in the boutique and back-office, to ensure consistency in customer service
Qualifications
