Field Sales Representative focuses on new customer acquisition in an assigned area, through cold contact to prospect customers and follow-up of sales campaigns, suppliers' integration plans, and digital sales leads.
Primarily, you support the go-to-market strategy by liaising with the Inside Sales and Field Sales team members. Activities include field visits to prospect customers, leading negotiations to achieve sales closure across all service portfolios, while meeting personal sales revenue targets. You should have a commercial mindset, be agile, a team builder, and results-driven.
Generate and follow-up on new business leads from Inside Sales campaigns, references, tradeshows, and digital campaigns in the assigned area.
Cold calling and visiting prospects to manage sales stages, track sales metrics, and meet revenue targets.
Prepare service offers liaising internally and directly negotiating medium, high, and top sales leads.
Support the Inside Sales team with field activities related to the rollout of sales campaigns based on category, service, and product mix.
2-3 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development (B2B sector is a plus).
Knowledge of FMCG, Food Manufacturers, Retail, and consumption trends.
Experience in a multinational service company and triggered by KPIs.
Familiar with the values of sustainability, inclusion, and diversity.
High communication skills; agile in organization and learning; influential without authority; tenacious; a good listener; relationship builder; team player.
Computer skills: MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel), CRM desirable (Salesforce).
