A global workforce solutions company in Milan is seeking an MES Consultant. You will need a strong background in AVEVA MES solutions, including Performance, Operations, and Quality modules. The role entails translating business requirements into technical solutions and optimizing production processes. Mandatory skills include knowledge of industry standards and experience with production scheduling. This position offers a permanent contract with remote work flexibility.

Competenze

• Experience with AVEVA MES Modules: Performance, Operations, and Quality.
• Good knowledge of production scheduling, OEE, and ERP integration.
• Understanding control systems automation and its integration.

Mansioni

• Prepare functional requirements for MOM and manufacturing IT systems.
• Convert business requirements into functional or technical solutions.
• Conduct testing, validation exercises, and prepare test scripts.

Conoscenze

Location : Milan, Italy

Employment Type : Permanent ONLY

Work Mode : Remote with occasional travel to client office

Language : English and Italian (mandatory)

Job Description :

• Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions is mandatory, including:
• AVEVA MES Modules: Performance, Operations, and Quality
• AVEVA System Platform
• AVEVA Work Tasks, Skelta BPM, AVEVA Enterprise Integrator
• AVEVA InTouch and/or OMI

Good knowledge of production scheduling and optimization, including:

• Production sequencing, order execution, genealogy, and traceability
• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP integration, production quality, and automation

Additional responsibilities include:

• Preparing and understanding functional requirements for MOM and manufacturing IT systems
• Converting business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems
• Preparing FRS, FDS, testing, and validation exercises, including test scripts for SITUAT and functional validation
• Knowledge of industry standards like ISA95, ISA88, MESA, GMP, etc.
• Experience in upgrades and migrations using various tools, approaches, and best practices
• Understanding control systems automation and its integration with MES
• Manufacturing domain experience across diverse industries
