About us

The Ready to Wear (RTW) Business Unit is dedicated to the product development and the production of the RTW collections for Gucci.

We are currently seeking a Gucci Men’s and Women’s Pattern Making Manager who will report to the General Manager RTW Industrial Operations as part of our dynamic team in Novara.

Role Mission

The candidate will be responsible for the M&W Pattern Making department and will manage the entire team of Men’s and Women’s Pattern Makers, developing patterns for both sample and production phase.

How will you contribute

• Coordinate teams of Pattern Makers and create an efficient and collaborative environment
• Participate in fittings and provide technical support and advice
• Build strong relationships and collaboration with Atelier, Product Development and Design Office to ensure timely product confirmation
• Ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery of Patterns, both in Sampling and Production phase
• Continuously improve workflow and processes
• Research new ideas to enhance quality and efficiency across product categories

Who you are

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury brands
• Excellent knowledge of pattern making techniques
• Organized and results-oriented
• Experienced in managing large teams
• Fluent in Italian; English proficiency preferred
