Job Description:

The Company Reporting Assurance team is part of the Corporate Audit organization. The mission of the Corporate Audit organization is to provide objective assurance and advisory services, which add value, improve ST's operations at all levels, and evaluate and promote compliance with ST’s procedural framework. It helps ST accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes throughout the organization.

Corporate Audit is a key component of ST’s governance framework and supports the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board and the company’s certifying officers in their fiduciary duties.

The Company Reporting Assurance team focuses on assurance activities related to regulatory compliance and regulations impacting our Company Reporting, including but not limited to SOX, ESG, SAPIN II, and Captive.

Role:

• Member of the worldwide Corporate Audit – Company Reporting Assurance team.
• Perform assurance activities related to regulatory compliance, including:
• Preparing scope, objectives, delivery, and reporting of assurance missions.
• Coordinating with functions like IT, Finance, Sustainability, Legal, Risk.
• Support coordination with external service providers when needed.
• Identify and assess risk areas; advise management to improve risk management and internal controls.

Applicant’s Profile:

• Master’s degree in finance or computer science.
• Professional certification (CISA).
• 5+ years of audit experience, including IT and financial auditing (Big 4 or tier-2 firms preferred).
• Understanding of SOX compliance and financial reporting processes.
• Experience overseeing testing activities.
• Knowledge of ESG and Cyber regulations from an assurance perspective.
• Proficient in SAP, with understanding of security in SAP ECC and S4/HANA.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, build relationships, and work in multicultural environments.
• High ethical standards, flexibility, and willingness to travel (~20%).
• Preferred exposure to semiconductor or Hi-Tech industries, SOX testing, cybersecurity, project management, risk assessment, and business process modeling.
