Job Description:

Purpose of the position/responsibilities: The Technical Business Manager Support will assist the business management team with commercial clients to enhance client service and satisfaction, aligning with the overall objectives of Patheon.

Primary activities include:

  • Supporting the technical business manager team by preparing presentations, facilitating meetings, escorting clients, managing change control and systems, preparing quotes, and other support activities as needed.
  • Supporting back-office activities.
  • Helping meet revenue targets and ensuring contractual compliance; assisting in identifying optimal solutions for clients.

GMP & Health & Safety: Ensuring cGMP compliance in the work area, understanding emergency procedures, and adhering to safety protocols. Observing all EH&S requirements and maintaining safety behaviors in the workplace.

Relations: Internally collaborating with all company functions; externally engaging with existing clients.

Requirements and qualifications:

Education: University Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, or Business.

Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Professional experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 year in project management, account management, sales, or marketing with client-facing responsibilities.

Languages: Proficient in Italian and English.

Personality skills: Strong analytical thinking, business-oriented mindset, excellent relationship-building skills internally and with clients, a team player, capable of working independently, with a proactive approach.
