We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and service-driven Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international customer care team in Lisbon. You will contribute to a home appliances customer service project (brand confidential) by assisting customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat. While experience in customer support is an asset, it is not a requirement — the most important skills are fluency in Italian and at least a B2 level of English.

In this position, your main duties will include:
Offering excellent support to Italian-speaking customers, handling queries and resolving concerns with professionalism, patience, and care.
Managing incoming communication through multiple channels, such as telephone, email, and live chat.
Recording and updating customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
Providing guidance and troubleshooting for home appliance-related issues.
Coordinating with different departments to resolve more complex inquiries effectively.
Continuously updating product knowledge to ensure the highest quality of service.
Native or near-native fluency in Italian
English language skills at B2 level or above (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
A friendly, customer-first attitude
Openness to working in a fully on-site role in Lisbon
Flexibility and adaptability in a multicultural team environment
Previous experience in customer service or technical support
Knowledge of the home appliance sector
Experience living or working abroad
