We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and service-driven Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international customer care team in Lisbon. You will contribute to a home appliances customer service project (brand confidential) by assisting customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat. While experience in customer support is an asset, it is not a requirement — the most important skills are fluency in Italian and at least a B2 level of English.

Core Responsibilities

In this position, your main duties will include:

  • Offering excellent support to Italian-speaking customers, handling queries and resolving concerns with professionalism, patience, and care.

  • Managing incoming communication through multiple channels, such as telephone, email, and live chat.

  • Recording and updating customer interactions accurately in internal systems.

  • Providing guidance and troubleshooting for home appliance-related issues.

  • Coordinating with different departments to resolve more complex inquiries effectively.

  • Continuously updating product knowledge to ensure the highest quality of service.

Essential Requirements:
  • Native or near-native fluency in Italian
