Job Title: Customer and Product Success Lead, Treviso

Overview

A dynamic and innovative company in the sports analytics and betting industry is seeking a Customer and Product Success Lead to develop and oversee customer support operations. The company aims to revolutionize the sports data industry by expanding its products globally and enhancing its betting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hire, train, and manage Customer Support agents, ensuring quality, 24/7 coverage, and rota management.
  2. Create or outsource AI chatbots for customer support.
  3. Develop guidelines for the Customer Support team.
  4. Manage Zendesk settings and other communication channels.
  5. Coordinate communication between suppliers, partners, team members, and clients.
  6. Gather and analyze feedback from clients regarding operations, bugs, and performance.
  7. Organize, summarize, and report interactions with clients, traders, and suppliers, especially during crises.
  8. Ensure proper ticket reporting and smooth chat interactions.
  9. Collaborate with the Product Owner and team to refine and address bug tickets.
Must Have Skills & Qualifications
  1. Strong focus on client satisfaction.
  2. Passion for AI tools and technology.
  3. Flexibility in working hours.
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to simplify complex issues.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  6. Experience in customer support, preferably in a leadership or management role.
