Employment Type: Temporary maternity cover (8/12 mesi) with possibility of permanent contract
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (lunch break 1 hour)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in back office sales roles
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Manage and input customer orders
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Monitor order and shipment statuses
- Communicate with clients and suppliers via phone and email
- Collaborate with other departments (production, logistics, administration)
- Support the sales team
- Perform other administrative tasks related to sales processes
Additional Information:
