A global customer service provider in Jakarta is seeking customer service agents who are fluent in Japanese and English. The role requires answering customer inquiries through various channels, resolving complaints, and maintaining records. Candidates can be fresh graduates or possess prior experience in the field. The position is on-site in South Jakarta, requires a willingness to work shifts, and offers a chance to develop skills in a multicultural environment. Immediate availability in January 2026 is needed.
Answer customer questions through all channels: phone calls, chats, and emails (no worries, we will provide scripts!).
Understand what customers need and help them feel satisfied.
Build good relationships with customers by communicating clearly and politely.
Give correct and complete information to the customers.
Handle complaints, offer solutions quickly, and make sure the issue is solved.
Keep records of customer conversations and update their account information.
Fresh graduates or experienced candidates from any field.
Must speak Japanese (N2-N1 level) and English - proficiency will be tested during our recruitment process.
Friendly and quick to learn new things.
Enjoy helping people and can handle different personalities.
Can handle multiple tasks and manage time well.
Minimum high school graduate (with BPO experience); college graduate (no experience) is preferred.
Works well with others in a team.
Willing to work on site at RDTX Square, South Jakarta.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts as we operate on Japan business hours.
Able to start in January 2026.
