Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as IT System engineer / IT Infrastructure / IT Supervisor.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Multi-tasking and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain server system.
• Troubleshoot server & network and other IT devices.
• Upgrade existing technology and ensure data recovery.
• Manage IT staff and operations.

Skills

Proficient with computer networks (LAN/WAN)

Mikrotik expertise

Experience in Server Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare)

SQL knowledge

HTML skills

CCTV and RDP knowledge

Familiarity with ERP systems & PoS

Web hosting expertise

DNS management

Email server setup

Computer hardware & software proficiency

IT security knowledge

Education
