Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a qualified candidate for MEP operations management in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in MEP from either a consulting or construction background. Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of MEP experience (can be from consultant or construction background) and having good knowledge of them.
2. Good personality.

6. Willing to adapt with building operation that requires flexibility in working times (possibly working on weekends or holidays when needed).
7. Willing to involve in other building operation matters.

Preferences:

1. Ability to communicate in English.
2. Experience in high rise buildings.
3. Experience as a Chief MEP in high rise buildings is much preferable.
4. Experience with MEP design works for office building, commercial facility and hotel.
5. Experience with construction management in electric power company or MEP sub-constructor.
