Job summary
A consulting firm in Jakarta is seeking a skilled IT Governance professional to monitor IT processes, ensure effective work practices, and document procedures. The role includes supporting audits and implementing operational activities in line with standards. Candidates should be adept at ensuring compliance with SOPs and ISMS. This position offers opportunities to engage with both internal and external audits while fostering a disciplined IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor IT processes to ensure everything runs according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure IT work processes are effective and efficient.
- Document IT division work processes in the form of SOPs and similar formats to ensure process continuity.
- Support the smooth implementation of both internal and external audits within the IT division.
- Follow up on audit results.
- Carry out operational activities within the scope of responsibility in accordance with the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Key Responsibilities:
