We are seeking for a Chief Engineering who can oversee facility operations, ensure maintenance efficiency, manage vendors, enforce safety standards, optimize resources, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Management – Oversee and maintain facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Business Development – Identify and implement improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Strategic Planning – Develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives.

Operational Efficiency – Ensure optimal performance of facility systems, including maintenance, security, and space management.

Maintenance Operations – Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems, coordinating repairs and upgrades.

Budget & Cost Control – Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize facility expenditures.

Health & Safety Compliance – Implement safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct risk assessments.

Project Management – Oversee renovations, expansions, and facility upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Vendor & Contract Management – Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality services from vendors and service providers.

Reporting & Analysis – Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance trends, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of facility systems, maintenance, and space management.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

Experience in multinational companies or the hospitality industry is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.

Must be based in Bali.
