Job Description:

  • Lead and coach the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to qualify and generate opportunities for Mekari Officeless, focusing on mid to large enterprise segments.
  • Develop and optimize outbound and inbound lead qualification processes, ensuring high-quality pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships, Product, and Presales teams to understand technical product value and client pain points.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits for target personas in enterprise settings.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the low-code/no-code space and how our solutions apply to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor, report, and improve team performance metrics across outreach, conversion, and pipeline quality.
  • Continuously coach SDRs on consultative selling, objection handling, and enterprise stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive alignment between marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting to increase funnel efficiency.
  • Engage directly with strategic prospects during high-value cycles and ensure smooth handovers to AE or Solution Consultant teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an SDR leadership role, preferably in B2B Experience or Business Applications Solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields; technical background is a plus.
  • Prior experience engaging with Large Enterprise clients, with an understanding of long-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of technical operations, business process digitization, and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM (preferably Zoho CRM or similar), sales engagement tools, and pipeline reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, performance-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Experience collaborating with presales or solution consulting teams is a strong plus.
  • Providing strong judgement and analysis based on data analytics report.
