Community Lead & Partnership (Halal Perfume Brand)

Adecco Indonesia is currently on the lookout for a Community Lead & Partnership for one of our Consumer Goods (Newly Halal Perfume Brand) to be based in South Jakarta area.

The Community Lead & Partnership will be responsible for building and engaging a strong community around our Halal perfume brand, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through reseller programs and direct sales initiatives. This role combines community management, influencer relations, and business development to create meaningful connections with customers, partners, and resellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the brand’s online and offline community.
  • Organize community events, campaigns, and loyalty programs to strengthen brand advocacy.
  • Design and implement a reseller program to expand market reach.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support resellers with training, marketing materials, and incentives.
  • Monitor reseller performance and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Drive direct sales through community engagement and partnership channels.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, lifestyle brands, and organizations aligned with Halal values.

Qualifications:
