Job summary

A B2B online wholesale platform in Jakarta is seeking a Business Development Lead to target banks and financial institutions. What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong existing network with local banks or financial institutions is a major plus.
  • Experience in AI, data analytics, marketing technology, or risk solutions preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with fluency in English.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from the ground up in a fast-growing company.
  • Based in Jakarta, with some travel within Indonesia.
