Job summary

A leading luxury retail company located in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple stores. Lead and manage overall performance of multiple luxury retail stores.

Achieve sales targets, profitability, and store KPIs including:

  • Sales Growth & Productivity (UPT, ATV)
  • CRM & Clienteling performance (VIP conversion & retention)
  • Employee Productivity & Scheduling Efficiency
  • NPS / Customer Satisfaction Score
  • Stock accuracy, shrinkage control & inventory health

Strengthen clienteling initiatives and VIP customer engagement activities.

Ensure operational compliance, VM standards, and premium store experience.

Conduct regular store audits with clear follow-up action plans.

Build talent pipeline: hiring, onboarding, coaching & performance reviews.

Provide weekly & monthly business reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Coordinate closely with Marketing, VM, Training & Regional Teams to support business objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as Area Manager / Multi-Store Manager in luxury fashion retail.
  • Demonstrated success in driving KPIs such as sales revenue, conversion, CRM growth, and operational standards.
  • Able to communicate confidently with regional/global teams.
  • Capable of preparing professional reports and presenting business strategies.
  • Results-driven, analytical thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching mindset, and ability to influence diverse teams.
  • High attention to detail and operational excellence.
  • Willing to travel frequently for store visits and business priorities.
  • Professional and polished appearance reflective of luxury brand expectations.
