About the role

Ginkgo Living is a Senior Living Facility in South Jakarta. We strive to provide a home in a senior friendly environment, surrounded by a caring community. Our residents share a passion for life, daily active lifestyle, and healthy diet. We plan to start operations in late 2026.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing daily operations including facility management, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and Senior Activity Center.
• Implementing business strategies aligned with goals and values.
• Lead and mentor department heads including activity manager, sales & marketing manager, chef, and facility manager.
• Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents and families to ensure trust and satisfaction.
• Represent the facility in dealings with partners, healthcare providers, regulators, and the community.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in hotel or hospitality management, ideally in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing hotel operations, with a focus on driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to engage and motivate a diverse team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
• Compassion for people, especially the elderly.
