About the role

As an Account Supervisor - Tecno Indonesia at PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client relationships within the sales industry. This is a contract-based position based in Jakarta, where you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned client accounts, including regular communication, issue resolution and service delivery
  • Identify new opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling within your client base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and support for clients
  • Contribute to the development of account strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Monitor and report on key account performance metrics and KPIs
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and enhance the client experience
