Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end merchandising process (planning, ordering, monitoring).
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment.
• Track production progress and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Analyze product performance and provide buying recommendations.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in Merchandising or Supply Chain (fashion industry).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
