Overview

PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala is a fast‑growing company that manages the Bintan Beach International Resorts in Lagoi, Bintan Island, 45 minutes from Singapore. The company aims to build Bintan Resorts into a world‑favored tourism destination and offers integrated resort experiences.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Head of Sales to lead and grow our events & products sales segment within the hospitality and MICE industry. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring successful coordination of corporate events, conferences, meetings, and other special functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans & executions to drive revenue growth in events and MICE segments (with possibility of broader opportunities).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across tourism and hospitality services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and key accounts.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry (hotel, MICE, F&B, events).
  • Preferred experience in a senior sales role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • English proficiency both oral and written is a must (fluency in other foreign languages is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, active, and self‑driven person with good character of personalities.
