We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand initiatives and strengthen our position in the health and nutrition supplement industry.

This role will be responsible for building a strong brand identity, driving impactful marketing campaigns, and creating customer connections that inspire trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
  • Define, refine, and execute the company’s brand strategy across products and channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Product Development and R&D teams to align product innovation with brand vision
Marketing Campaigns & Activation
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate 360° marketing campaigns (digital, retail, influencer, and events)
  • Lead creative concept development for brand storytelling and seasonal launches
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and PR partners to deliver high-quality campaigns
Digital & Content Marketing
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Coordinate with the content and social media teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
  • Analyze digital campaign data to optimize performance and ROI
  • Guide brand messaging across platforms: website, social media, email, and partnerships
Partnership & PR
  • Build partnerships with influencers, wellness communities, and relevant industry stakeholders
  • Develop PR initiatives to strengthen brand reputation and visibility
  • Oversee collaborations that enhance brand value and reach
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure clear goals and strong execution
  • Work closely with the Founder, Product, and Sales teams to align brand and business objectives
  • Present campaign results and market insights to leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in Brand Marketing, ideally in FMCG, health, or nutrition supplement sectors
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and brand positioning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Highly creative, data-driven, and passionate about wellness or health products
  • Able to work onsite (WFO) and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus: Experience in
  • Managing influencer marketing or community-driven campaigns
  • Working in startups or DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands
  • Brand collaborations, ambassador programs, or product launch strategies
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, etc.)
