Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Indonesia is looking for a Sales Admin & Business Development Supervisor to manage sales forecasts and inventory. Qualifications

• S1 degree or higher is required.

• Prepare reports for the President Director.

Sales Admin & Business Development Supervisor - Cikarang - WFO (ID: 687509)

Responsible to making Forecast for Trading company.

Responsible for managing sales forecast and inventory control in order to maximize company profit.

Responsible for Approval of quotation to client and payments.

Responsible for coordinate and negotiation with sales staff, other departments, and suppliers with proposing Alternatives way and rational solutions in order to maximize company profit.

Responsible for corresponding and coordinate with Head office (Japan) staff in order to export products.

Responsible for making report (monthly, quarterly and yearly) to President Director.

Responsible for other related job of sales administration & Business Development (Sales Management).

Responsible for report to HQ (Japan).

Job Requirements:

S1 or above.

Fluent in English, Fluent in Japanese is advantage.

Have excellent knowledge to make sales forecast, inventory management to avoid company losses and customer complaints and increase company profits.

Have experience to coordinate and instruction to sales staff in order to maximize company profitand avoiding client complaint with excellent management skill.

Have excellent and advanced excel skill in order to make correct inventory forecast with logical thinking.

Have experience to making sales forecast and managing inventory (Import Products) a Japanese trading company as management position.

Have experience to forecast new order at Japanese manufacturing company of production section.

Basic knowledge of import licence, tax and so on (Preferred)
