Michael Page is currently representing a distinguished client who is seeking an experienced Property Management General Manager to oversee the operations of one of Jakarta's premier office buildings. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage a high-profile asset in a dynamic market.

Description

1. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, security, and overall functionality. Ensure that all services meet the highest standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
2. Develop and manage the property's operating budget, ensuring effective financial control and profitability. Provide timely financial reports, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while optimizing revenue generation.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, managing lease negotiations, renewals, and day-to-day concerns. Implement tenant retention strategies to maintain high occupancy levels and long-term tenant satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the property owner to develop and execute long-term asset enhancement strategies. Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for capital investments to maximize the building's value.
5. Lead and manage a team of property management professionals, including engineers, security personnel, and administrative staff. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
6. Oversee leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, working closely with brokers and leasing agents.

Profile

1. At least 10 years of experience in property and asset management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role. Experience managing high-profile commercial office buildings is essential.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., MRICS) will be considered an advantage.
3. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team in a multicultural environment.
4. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
5. Previous expatriate experience and a deep understanding of the Indonesian real estate market will be highly valued. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Indonesia.
