Job summary
A leading agri-business company seeks a Field Operations Supervisor in Central Java to lead field execution and supplier engagement. Responsibilities include building relationships with Micro Collectors, ensuring timely delivery of agricultural products, and achieving sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills and a degree in Agriculture or related field are required. Travel within the region is essential.

- Field experience in commodity procurement and agri-input sales is strongly preferred.
- Familiar with local agricultural ecosystems, especially corn and paddy.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and local language.

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Field Operations Supervisor to lead field execution and supplier engagement across key regions in Central and West Java. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong partnerships with Micro Collectors (MCs), sourcing agricultural commodities (mainly corn, paddy, rice brand, etc.), and ensuring timely delivery to feedmill customers. The role also includes responsibility for achieving sales targets of agricultural input products to farmers within the area.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Micro Collectors (MCs) in assigned areas.
- Actively identify, approach, and onboard new MC leads to expand Jiva’s supplier network.
- Supervise and support field officers in daily procurement, delivery, and agri-input sales activities.
- Coordinate with MCs to secure consistent commodity supply, aligned with quality and pricing targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of commodities to feedmill customers and resolve field issues as needed.
- Promote and sell Jiva's agri-input products (seeds, fertilizers, etc.) to farmers within the network.
- Monitor market trends, local pricing dynamics, and competitor activities (for commodity).
- Track and report accurate data on procurement, delivery, and agri-input sales performance.
- Represent Jiva as a reliable and trusted partner in the field.
- Ensure all operations follow company SOPs and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Field experience in commodity procurement and agri-input sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to build trust with MCs and farmers.
- Familiar with local agricultural ecosystems, especially corn and paddy.
- Target-oriented, hands-on, and persistent in driving both procurement and sales.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and local languange.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area, with motorcycle.
- Preferably domiciled in Central Java.
