Job summary
A leading telecommunications service provider in Jakarta is seeking a Financial Staff member to manage daily payment requests and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. You will prepare financial statements, manage tax audits, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with internal departments. - Review, verify, and process daily payment requests.
- Prepare monthly financial closing schedules.
- Support the preparation of annual financial statements.

- Reconcile accounts including cash, bank, AR/AP, and accruals.
- Generate monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues before final submission.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and explanations as required.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audit.
- Implement audit recommendations and improve internal control processes.
- Process tax refund applications and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Prepare and provide necessary documents for tax audits.
- Liaise with tax authorities and consultants regarding tax-related matters.
- Maintain accurate tax records and ensure timely submission of all tax requirements.
- Support the preparation of annual financial statements and year-end reconciliation.
- Assist with year-end adjustments, provisions, and financial analysis.
- Ensure all required documentation and reports are accurate and submitted on time.
