Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Managers to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and needs
• Follow up on opportunities across the e-commerce ecosystem and financial services, organize workshop and other meetings, with clear meeting minutes and follow up action items recorded
• Support Program Managers to improve the cross‑functional collaboration that aligns with the overall business objectives
• Work with business intelligence and tech teams to raise the bar on program management, support the business leaders to gain resources and monitor the program performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with strong business acumen including financial understanding
• 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce or financial service platforms; experience on both sides would be a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a wide range of stakeholders, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to network, build relationships, and drive effective decision‑making across multiple functions and levels within the organization
• Ability of driving roadmap strategy and definition with strong analytical skills
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
