What Will You Do

• Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new warehouse partners.
• Monitor warehouse (CO) utility bills and ensure timely processing by the finance team.
• Coordinate with the legal team for new agreement (PKS) creation and renewal with warehouse partners.
• Handle requests for assets and packaging materials from internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor and evaluate warehouse partner performance, both in system and operations.
• Provide support in identifying and resolving operational challenges faced by warehouse partners.

What Are The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, systems, and operational workflows.
• Experience in vendor/partner management and onboarding is plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CMS or WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
