Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and map business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with business processes, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document business processes and provide improvement recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to established SOPs, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with process owners and cross‑functional teams in executing process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the communication, training, and socialization of new or updated SOPs and process changes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on SOP development activities and process improvement progress for relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SOP development, process mapping, and process improvement, including at least 2 years as a supervisor.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as BPMN, Microsoft Visio, or similar applications.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with strong commitment to deadlines.
  • Able to understand business processes holistically and systematically, identifying interdependencies between various functions.
