Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to manage and elevate our social media presence at the WonderMind branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a deep understanding of social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing strategic social media plans, and implementing campaigns to promote WonderMind's Mandarin and English learning programs. Your goal is to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and build a loyal online community of students, parents, and educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative, relevant, and visually appealing content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, to showcase WonderMind’s programs, events, and success stories.
• Craft and execute effective social media strategies to increase engagement, grow the online community, and improve brand visibility.
• Engage with followers, students, and potential customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring all content is aligned with brand messaging and relevant to target audiences.
• Monitor social media performance, track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth), and generate monthly reports to measure success and suggest areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for collaborations, influencer partnerships, and cross-promotion opportunities to expand WonderMind’s digital footprint.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure that WonderMind’s social media presence remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in the education sector or related industries.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working days & working hours: Monday - Friday | 09.00 - 18.00
