A leading home technology firm located in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to establish and manage customer service and after-sales operations. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing and managing an efficient customer service and after-sales system in Indonesia, ensuring smooth operations of service partners and customer support teams, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting brand reputation and business growth.

Service System Establishment & Optimization
Design and implement customer service and after-sales processes, standards, and policies in accordance with company strategy and the Indonesian market landscape. Plan and manage the setup and cooperation of service centers (self-managed or partner networks).

Customer Service and Service Network Supervision
Supervise daily operations of customer service teams (pre-sales & post-sales) and external service partners. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation to ensure professional service quality. Oversee spare parts inventory, tools & equipment management, and proper service documentation.

Customer Support & After-Sales Handling
Handle and oversee customer inquiries, product consultation, installation guidance, complaints, returns/exchanges, and repair requests. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical support, sales) and service partners to ensure fast and effective issue resolution. Track after-sales cases and ensure timely and satisfactory closure.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or after-sales service; experience supervising service teams or service centers is preferred.

Experience in after-sales service or water purification products in Indonesia will be a strong advantage.
